Generate more private investment in Further and Higher Education institutions by establishing a scholarship scheme to fund Maltese students undertaking programmes of studies in private higher and further education institutes established in Malta. We will initiate discussions with administrators to find ways of supporting investment in establishing research oriented institutes.
