My suggestion is that a project should be launched composed of very competent persons to formulate a strategy against such a threat. This is hitting many countries mostly government entities and private companies too,are at great risk of being hacked. Most you have heard how lately Hospitals have been attacked and data downloaded and exposed to huge risks and great disruptions . Mostly also are fearing Russian/North Korean aggression in all of this.
