Registered users will take a photo of the 'incident' e.g. pot hole, with their mobile phone adding some comments. Using the SmartPhone's geo-location, the photo will be allocated accordingly to the Local Council responsible or Central Government. The user will be given immediate feedback on when and how the incident/suggestion will be tackled and also a report when the incident is closed. Users could be rewarded for the number of suggestions they would have put forward.
