Licenzji aka annual vehicle circulation tax have become very expensive. This is more so for the cars that are mostly used on Sundays. Similar to the existing registration tax for such usage, there should be an annual vehicle circulation tax for such cases as well. This will be a greatly welcomed idea by families. Makes life feel more fair.
