Take advantage of available private individual/company roof space. Introduce a scheme whereby the Govt can rent roof space to install PV solar panels, subsidizing the person's electricity bills in return. Look into the possibility of subsidizing home battery packs (e.g. Tesla Power wall) so that households can become completely off-grid. Increase charging stations & provide incentives for trading in vehicles with hybrid/electric vehicles. Dedicated scooter/bicycle lanes (on pavement not road)
