Introduce tax credit schemes to companies willing to open shop in Gozo. This is particularly attractive to businesses in the IT and Financial Services industry who mostly operate remotely with their clients. If nurtured, this investment in Gozo can create a chain reaction creating more jobs in other industries, such as retail, entertainment and catering due to the injection of people with spending power that'll settle in Gozo.
There should be a business promotion act specifically for Gozo to attract these industries. However it is also important that there needs to be a holistic approach by creating modern infrastructure to attract this industries.
